Improving the effectiveness of the Company through the formation of members of the management team with practical leadership skills and understanding its role in the functioning of the organization

Part 1: GENERAL ISSUES of the PHENOMENON of LEADERSHIP


  • Leaders and leadership, cultural aspects of the personality of the leader;
  • The terms and conditions of crystallization of the leader;
  • Individual and social nature of leadership;
  • The problem of pseudosinella in the activities of the Company.

Part 2: the "TRIANGLE of LEADERSHIP"


Module 1: "a Systematic approach"


  • The concept of activities of the company as a system. The leader in the system;
  • The business architecture of the company as a set of interacting subsystems;
  • The job of the leader aimed at the management of the system through the change of properties of subsystems.

Module 2: Strategic vision


  • Work with the planning horizons, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the short and long term;
  • Approaches to optimize processes and increase innovation – for example, the DMAIC tool;
  • Personnel development under the strategic objective – illustration of a coaching approach of a leader to work with the team.

Module 3: "Charisma as a tool of management involvement"
