THE CONTENT AND STRUCTURE

MODULE 1: "SPECIFICATION OF THE FUNCTIONAL HEAD"

• The purpose, objectives and role of a Manager in the Company's activities;
• Managerial functions of the head. Linear, cyclic and spiral model of leadership;
• The concept of metaposition as the conditions and prerequisites of management.

MODULE 2: "PLANNING DIVISION"

• Approaches to time management, tools, prioritisation of tasks;
• Predictive algorithm and decomposition of the target;
• Risk management and resource management.

MODULE 3: "ORGANIZATION BUSINESS PROCESS"

• Setting chain business processes;
• The algorithm orders, ensuring understanding of the task;
• Goal setting employee goal setting tools.

MODULE 4: "PERSONNEL MOTIVATION"

• Approaches to staff motivation, a self-test leading motive of the head;
• Technique revealing questions;
• Managerial motivation tools.

MODULE 5: "CONTROL PERFORMANCE"
