  • Exploration of mapping as a tool for process analysis
  • Skills-management of personnel motivation and management initiatives
  • The uptake of tools training, development and mentoring in the workplace

METHODS

The program uses active forms and training tools: brainstorming, setup group discussion, guided discussion, simulation and role-playing games, practice in pairs and threes, the development of individual and group development plan, the collection and analysis of collective opinion, the individual-group tradeoff
